Self-Service Petrol Retail Solution

Our System is most suitable for all kinds of environments where Self-Service is needed. Solution is designed for 24/7 use. Kiomatic Self-Service Petrol Retail Solution is built on the basis of modern modular architecture.

Basic Retail module

This is the basic module which receives data about articles and prices from HQ information system/from local retail system/from DOMS (PSS5000), through manual entry... It builds and manages a data base about self-service sales and periodically (period is flexible and can be a day, shift, hour, immediately after sale transaction, event driven …) sends all needed data to company IS through an adequate mechanism (according to possibilities of existing IS and IT infrastructure). The module communicates with end user through End User Interface module, makes the payments through usage of Kiomatic EMV certified card payment application (i9400/i9500) and/or Cash payment module, manages dispensers (blocking/freeing of filling positions, states of dispensers, setting/changing prices,…) through DOMS (dispenser controller) module.

DOMS module

The DOMs module offers all needed functionalities for effective management of dispensers operation through usage of DOMS forecourt controller. The module is used by Basic Retail module to hide the lower level complexity of dispenser management to higher application layer.

End User Interface module

Through communication with Basic Retail module, End User Interface module provides all needed functionalities for simple and user friendly interaction of end user with OPT (through robust touch screen technology). It also provides advertising possibilities (an ideal place for this purpose).

Payment Interface module

The module provides all functionalities needed for Basic retail module to manage cards and/or cash payment transactions (communicates with either Kiomatic card payment application or Cash Payment module).

Kiomatic Payment Application

Kiomatic EMV certified self-service card payment application supports all standard debit/credit cards and can be customized to support private company cards, loyalty cards etc.

Cash Payment module

Module manages banknote payment transactions. It brings low level complexity of cash transactions management to higher level applications (Basic Retail module).

RFID Module

Module manages RFID card transactions and communicates with Basic retail module. It is used to process company RFID private cards, driver ID cards, etc.

Proprietary Card management system

For issuing and managing of customer proprietary cards we also deliver a card management system. With the card management system we can fulfil all customer needs and requests.

Integration/Implementation

Kiomatic self-service solution can run stand-alone or can be integrated within any existing retail system.
